Hi - A small percentage of women do experience hair loss while on Femara. I've read it can be treated with a topical steroid, or with male hair-loss products, like Rogaine... I'd say ask your doctor what you can do to treat it, or ask for a referral to a dermatologist. Good luck - PJH
