I have a small white lump on my nipple and my nipple has changed shape could this be a sign of bC?

I have a small white spot like lump appear on the pointy bit of my nipple and the pointy bit has changed to a tear drop like shape. Part of the nipple is swollen and the nipple has a burning sensation.
