hello! pls i need help. am an african female. i have pains on my left nipple, it itches and its hard

my left breast aches, its nipple itches and its hard. The area around my left nipple especially under, is slightly discoloured in patches and its nipple is a slightly bigger than the right nipple. i have been haing this pain now for a while, off and on but now it more often. I was prescribed...
