Q: Both of my breasts along with nipples are very itchy and look like they have a rash. the Rash sometimes travels up to my neck along with the itchiness. What is this and should i be concerned?

A rash on both breasts is not likely to be cancer, and from your description, it sounds like this rash might get better and then worse, which is also something that cancer does not typically do.  Nevertheless, it might need medical attention, so check with your doctor if simple home remedies don't help.  This article about rashes common in the breast area will give you some background information.

thank you so much for clarifying. i was a bit worried because breast cancer does run in my family so with that said, i thought it might have been a sign. i think it might just be the detergent i'm using to wash my bras, being that it appears on both. i also have alleric reactions to some perfumes as well which go on my neck. im glad its nothing too serious. i really apprecaite your advice.

The problem could well be detergent or perfume.  If your detective work to figure out the cause doesn't yield results, do check with a doctor.  While I don't think this would be cancer, you could have some other medical condition that needs a doctor's attention.
