I have been feeling some bubbling on my left breast, right underneath it. If I press underneath my breast, right where it begins to round upwards it hurts. What can this signify? My nipples feel tender as well, like they hurt. I think I applied too much pressure to them as I slept facing downward. I have dense breasts so this might have contributed to it.

Since this is on the left side, it might have something to do with your heart. And since it's not in your breast, but underneath it (if I understand you correctly?), it's unlikely it would be a breast cancer symptom. If both nipples hurt, it's most likely something hormonal. I'd say if this continues to bother you for several weeks - or if it gets worse - it would be good to see a doctor, to find out what's going on. Good luck - PJH
