Q: i have a small dry patch under my left nipple it gets very itchy and my nipple gets sore aswel should i go 2 my doctor

Yes, these symptoms do need checking out by a doctor.  There are many reasons for dry, itchy breasts.  Most of them are not dangerous, but there is a form of breast cancer called Pagets Disease of the Breast characterized by a scaly rash on the nipple.  You will feel better once you find out for sure what is causing this.  The doctor will probably have suggestions on what will ease your symptoms.
