Hi Sadia - Perhaps you have an infected lymph node. Or, surprisingly, pain in the upper arm area can also be due to shoulder issues. Since your mammogram was clear, and pain isn't normally a breast cancer symptom, I wouldn't be too concerned about that. But if the pain continues to bother you, perhaps you should get it checked, so you can deal with it. Good luck - PJH
