I need to know where to go for a FREE mamo & sono in VA BEACH VA

I just lost my insurance and my yearly mamo & sono are due I need to know where to go for a FREE mamo & sono I am high risk family history & am on high dose of estrogen both pill & cream for 11 years now I am only 44 I had cervical & uterian cancer had to have a total hysterectomy & treatment I have a lump they are watching for the past few years so I cannot go with out having my tests. All of my aunts & both grandmothers have had breast cancer. I don't know what to do. I lost my business and along with that went all my insurance & savings. I hope someone can give me some advice on what to do.
