Is it a good sign if a lump is squishy and it moves?

I've always had lumpy breasts and have had quite a few asperations done.. About two years ago I had a Lumpectomy on the right breast which, thank god showed no signs of any cancer.. So, no chemo or radiation was needed.. There is no cancer in my family as well..
