Q: I was diagnosed with a B12 deficiency about a month ago. I have been taking megadoses of B12 but I am still feeling exhausted and run dow. I now noticed swollen glands under my arms. What is going on?

Sorry for the intrusion but when typing "Swollen Under arm Nodes" into Google, this is where it led me. Apparently, it could be a sign of Breast Cancer as well and other things. Just looking for any and all options at this point.
I go back to the Dr. on 12/7 and will definatley mention the swollen underarm nodes.
