Hi - We can't begin to prescribe treatment for your sister here - only her doctor knows her complete situation, and I'm sure (s)he has developed the best treatment plan possible. I can tell you that an aromatase inhibitor, such as Aromasin, is certainly becoming the standard of treatment for women in your sister's situation: post-menopausal, hormone-receptive. If you or your sister question the treatment she's receiving, it's always possible to get a second opinion—perhaps that would make you feel more confident? Good luck - PJH
