Q: I have stage 2b or stage 3 invasive brest cancer. My doctor said that i did not need radation. I had

chemo for five months. My margins was clear. my tumor was 2.5. Now i have pain on my left side. Doctor said that i had kinde4y stones. Could they turn into cancer. one lymp

So, Audrey, you had a lumpectomy, followed by chemo? I'm surprised you didn't have radiation, as well. Kidney stones can't turn into cancer; and pain on your left side wouldn't be an indication of breast cancer that's metastasized, I don't think. Breast cancer spreads to the lungs, liver, bones, and brain, generally speaking. But unless you've been specifically diagnosed with kidney stones—proven by some tests—I'd go back to your doctor and insist on knowing for sure what that pain in your side is, just to make sure it's not anything to do with cancer.
