This is a bigger problem than just your cancer. You certainly should not let him pressure you into giving consent to such an arrangement. Plenty of people find sex works just fine after breast cancer surgery. I'd suggest finding a counselor, preferably for both of you. If your husband refuses to go, go by yourself and get some perspective on your feelings about this rejection from your husband and some ideas about where to go from here.
