procrit side effects

Pam, an FDA panel recently advised that Procrit NOT be used in treating breast cancer patients, due to its possible side effects and the fact that it doesn't seem to work as well as advertised... I'd check with your doctor about taking it, and see if it's absolutely necessary, or if there might be something better you can take to raise your cell count. Procrit has been under attack pretty heavily lately... - PJH
