Hello. I am 21 years old i got muscles torn 3 months back

since then i check my brest i have never examine it before but now i do and felt a lump lyk structure on it its not round i wonder if i have disease i have been visited several soctors they all say it is muscle torn. I want to ask you cud it be a cancer may God forbid. secondly i want to know does...
