Any muscles can get torn, but there are no muscles in your breast; just fat and connective (fibrous) tissue. A moveable lump is usually a cyst of a fibroadenoma; and if the doctor doesn't feel anything, then probably you can relax? There are good instructions for doing a breast self-exam at the American Cancer Web site, cancer.org. Go ahead and study those instructions - they should help. PJH
