Hi Sarena - Unless you have a cyst that can be drained, there's nothing you can really do about fibrocystic change. Can you have a gladnular structure of your breast (dense breasts) naturally? Yes. Breast cancer, before diagnsis, can often be a painless disease - though not always. Good luck - PJH
