Hi Claire - In general, pain isn't a breast cancer symptom. Does the pain come and go with your period? If it does, it could be a hormonal issue. Even though it doesn't sound like breast cancer, it's always a good idea to get breast changes checked out. Plus, why be in pain if the doctor might be able to help you figure out what's going on?
