Always contact your Dr. when you feel any lump no matter what size.

I agree that anytime you are concerned about a lump no matter where it is located you should see a doctor just for your own peace of mind.  It could just be a cyst, that may go away on it's on.

 

What I did to track my lumps as I waited was use a sharpie marker and circled where to find them.  It makes it easier to track and to show the doctor where it was or is.
