Q: my 11 yr. son has a painful lump in his breast. should I be concerned?

Hi - I don't believe you should be concerned about breast cancer, but you certainly don't want him to be in pain. He might have an infection, or who knows what? Best to get it checked by his pediatrician, OK? Good luck, and I hope he feels better soon! PJH
