Category: Just to know whether this lung problem is due any metastasis

My MIL has infiltrate ductal CA(non invasive, harmone receptor negative) for which she has undergone

radical mastectomy, followed by 5 course of chemotherapy. She is 74 years old. It is more than 2 years now, Now she has developed pneumonia for which she is taking treatment. Now my question is whether she needs any further investigation now? Her lung problem is anything to do with metastasis?…
