what are the symptoms of calcification in the chest or breast

i am a breast cancer survivor of 30years. recently the doctor discovered what he called calcification at the cite of the surgery mastectomy. what is the treatment for this possible calcification I am taking a test to make a more accurate diagnosis one x rays of diffrent angles of my chest i had a modified radical mastectomy what are the symptoms of calcification and treatment. thank you for the information barbara farley
