Q: I have metastatic breast cancer in my internal mammary lymph nodes that is triple negative. I have not read about this type. Please help with information,

You can find more information about triple negative breast cancer at this link.  This is probably the same cancer you had earlier that has now spread to the lymph nodes under your breast bone.  The treatment plan will probably be more chemo.  Although triple negative breast cancer doesn't respond to hormonal treatments or Herceptin, chemo is often effective against it.
