Hi - At your age, breast cancer is very rare. However, anytime you develop a lump in your breast, it's best to have it checked out by a doctor. In younger women, lumps are more likely to be fibroadenomas or fibrocystic condition - i.e., naturally lumpy breasts, quite common in women in their 20s. So, don't panic, and don't stress; but make an appointment to get it looked at, just to be sure. Good luck - PJH
