Q: have very itchy nipples and they bleed i can't help it to pinch when it stings is this a sign of can

i have been dealing with this ploblem for almost 3 weeks. my nipples are stinging and seem veru dry but the circle around them has spread looks like if a had a brown rash just in color. when they sting i tend to pinch & well they bleed cause i do it for the pain to stop. does this seem to be a sign of breast cancer

Mari, nipple discharge isn't that uncommon; and rarely is it a sign of cancer. However, best to get it checked out by the doctor—and please stop squeezing your nipples, as this is probably encouraging the discharge! Might as well figure out what's going on and get it treated, right? Good luck - PJH
