have very itchy nipples and they bleed i can't help it to pinch when it stings is this a sign of can

i have been dealing with this ploblem for almost 3 weeks. my nipples are stinging and seem veru dry but the circle around them has spread looks like if a had a brown rash just in color. when they sting i tend to pinch & well they bleed cause i do it for the pain to stop. does this seem to be a...
