Worried about reddish splotchy area and flat/slightly inverted nipple on R breast. What is it?

I have had three tumors removed in the last 4 1/2 months in three surgeries (LCIS, DCIS and ILC). Now I have a reddish splotchy area on one breast with a nipple that is flat and sometimes inverted. I also have a small pink swollen area on the other breast on the lower edge of my areola. I'm 5 days...
