so she scheduled a diagonostic mamo and ultra sound.
The doctor at the imagining center said everything looked fine?
Im concerned why did my doctor and myself feel a lump and why does everthing look fine?

Roxi, I assume you'll have a followup with your doctor. Considering they took an ultrasound, my guess is the mammogram showed something that looked like a fluid-filled cyst, and the ultrasound confirmed it (ultrasounds are generally used when a cyst is suspected). So, be sure you see your regular doctor about these results, to confirm exactly what the imaging radiologist saw, OK? But in the meantime - since you've been told everything's fine... believe it. Good luck - PJH
I agree with PJ. A suspicious looking mass that could be cancerous has a distinct shape/pattern - it has these lines that come out from it - whereas a benign mass would just be round and the ultrasound would confirm whether it was solid or fluid filled. Had the mass appeared questionable they would have recommended a biopsy, so I'm sure what ever was found the radiation tech felt confident with the report.
Hopefully your doctor can elaborate, but it sounds as though you can rest easy.
Good luck!
