Hello Mohsin - Please read our IDC FAQS, which will tell you all about your particular type of breast cancer. Also, since you seem to have some information from your pathology report, please read our Guide to Understanding your Pathology Report. This should help you understand some of the terminology there.

Yes, this is a dangerous cancer; if left untreated, it can kill you. However, there are good, proven treatments available. The hospital that gave you your diagnosis should hopefully be able to treat you. You'll need surgery, then probably chemotherapy, perhaps radiation, and perhaps long-term drugs.

I hope you're able to find good treatment - I'm sorry I don't know anything about the health care in Pakistan, so can't advise. Please stay in touch here, if you have any questions or concerns along the way, OK? Best of luck to you - PJH
