Q: Hi, I have got rib/chest pain, and also several tender lumps that are immobile parasternal attached.

I am 37 years of age and only one child.

Hi Lara - Rib and chest pain usually isn't a singn of breast cancer; and I can't tell from your description if the lumps are in your breast. Tender lumps often signal fibrocystic condition, which is quite common at your age - please read our post on FCC, see if it might describe what you're experiencing. At any rate, it sounds like something you should get examined, just to determine what's going on and to see if you can get some relief for the pain. Good luck - PJH
