Hi - Since you've had cysts, you know the testing routine - sounds like you'll need to go through it again. Any time you find a lump in your breast that doesn't go way (and it sounds like yours is pretty stable - not disappearing), you really do need to find out what it is. If the mammogram shows something, you'll probably have an ultrasound/sonagram; or maybe skip right to a biopsy. But take heart - about 85% of lumps that are biopsied prove to be negative, so the statistics are on your side. It's hard to wait, I know; but keep busy, think positively, and believe the best will happen, OK? Good luck - PJH
