LN LU, THP is (I think) a type of chemotherapy. And it sounds to me like you had lymph node surgery, and they were all clear? I'm guessing you have invasive cancer and for some reason the oncologist wants you to have chemo followed by tamoxifen. Of course, you don't HAVE to have anything... it's your choice. To help you make an informed choice about chemo, however, you might ask to have to Oncotype-DX test, which helps predict how well chemo will work for you. As for tamoxifen and getting pregnant - again, talk to both the oncologist and your GP. They'll be able to help you weigh your desire to get pregnant soon against the protection tamoxifen can afford you (and really, there's probably no other drug you could take, so that's probably not an option). Good luck - PJH
