Hi - Considering you're having this problem under (not on) your breasts, and it's both of them, not one, it sounds like a skin issue. Perhaps your bra is too tight? Or you're using a new laundry detergent, and having an allergic reaction? New shower gel, perhaps? You might want to see a dermatologist about this; sounds bothersome! Good luck - PJH
