I'm going to make a guess here, based on the exams - you're a young woman, right? Under 30? Your chance of having breast cancer is very, very small, and these don't sound like breast cancer symptoms. So please don't stress over breast cancer.
Both breasts itching usually points to an allergy; a skin condition; or something hormonal. Please read our post on itchy breasts for more information. As for the red lump with peeling skin - sounds like you might have an infection of some kind. And, exams or not, you should see a doctor before it gets worse. Also, any lump that lasts longer than a month should be examined by a doctor, simply to rule out cancer. You don't say how long the lump's been there; but if it's been a few weeks, you'd want to have it looked at, OK? Good luck with your exams - PJH
