Hi - It depends on the stage of your cancer; whether it's hormone receptive; whether it's HER2-neu positive; and how far (if at all) it's spread. In other words - lots of variables. The good thing is, IDC is the most common type of breast cancer, so doctors have LOTS of expreience treating it, and there's LOTS of data backing up that treatment.
