Hi Geri: Any changes in your breast not related to your period (i.e., they don't come and go) should be looked at by a doctor. Only (s)he can make a diagnosis. So best to make an appointment OK? The spot on your elbow and the spot on your breast may very well be related, but a professional needs to make that assessment. Good luck - PJH
