Q: Does a breast cancer that features Paget disease automatically have a HER2 positiveness ?

I've read scientific articles that showed the significant occurence of HER2 (90%-100%)when a Paget disease of the nipple occured.  Do have patients who had paget and not HER2 ?

Marie, yes, it's possible to be HER2-negative with Paget's disease, but from what I've read it seems 90+% are positive. If you need better confirmation, I'd ask a medical professional - good luck. - PJH
