Hi - Discharge from both breasts is quite common during childbearing years. A movable lump that you've had for 3 years sounds very much like fibrocystic change, a fairly common condition in women your age that produces overgrown (but not cancerous) breast tissue. Since your doctors have told you this is a cyst (a part of fibrocystic change), yet you're still worried, why not ask for an ultrasound? That would prove pretty definitively if it was a cyst. Good luck - PJH
