Hi - None of this sounds like it would be related to breast cancer. If your left breast has always been smaller than your right, then it's nothing to worry about - it's normal for you. However, if the right breast has recently grown and become enlarged, then you'd probably want to speak to your doctor about it. As for the milk, it sounds like it could be a hormonal issue; please read our post on nipple discharge for more information about possible causes. And might the pain be related to your menstrual cycle? Bottom line, track all of these changes; if they're cyclical (and seem to worsen around the time of your period0, they're probably related to your cycle. If they worsen—more discharge, more pain, more breast enlargement—see a doctor. And oh, by the way; please don't press your nipple; that's one of the reasons you're noticing discharge. Good luck - PJH
