Hi - this doesn't sound like a breast cancer symptom. My advice is to keep your eye on it; if it stays the way it is, it's probably just a variation of normal. If it changes — becomes much lighter/darker, painful, or if your breast seems infected — red, swollen, itchy — then best to see a doctor, OK? Good luck - PJH

If it's the entire nipple, not sure what you could do about the color. If just the areola (darker part aorund the nipple), it's quite common to have tattooing done, after a reconstruction; you could see a plastic surgeon about that. As for the tingle - ??? Hormonal? Sorry, don't know. PJH

I'm presently looking into this because I have exactly the same symptoms as you.  i have that tingling sensation once in a while too in this breast, and sometimes it even feels like it's wet, but it's not....or very cold on the actual nipple...very weird feeling.
