cant think of anything else it might be. The soreness feels the same in both to the point where it hurts sleeping, putting on a bra, and putting my arms down against them. I'm scared and anxious. Has anyone else experienced this or have an answer? I'm really starting to gett nervous. Also, two days ago I had stabbing, twitching pain near my left grion that continued for a few hrs.

Q: I have had sore breasts for almost 3 weeks now. It started right after my period. I'm 30 yo and I never get this until the week before my period starts. I take a pg test every day w/ neg.

You might be experiencing a hormonal issue of some kind or fibrocystic change, which is quite common in women your age. Soreness in both breasts wouldn't be a sign of breast cancer, thankfully; but since it's so painful, I think you should see a doctor about it. No sense suffering when you can find out what's causing this, and have it treated. Good luck, and I hope you get some relief soon - PJH
