Unfortunately I have yet to make it that far, and find myself somewhat jealous - though I am happy for you! My understanding, what I was told by my plastic surgeon was that he would construct the nipple if I chose to have one, then probably refer me to a place that does like perm. makeup and they would tattoo the areolas. So I would ask your surgeon who he/she recommends. Hope that helps, some.
