Hi Tonya! Don't be afraid to go to your doctor you have the right to be concerned and be proactive in regards to your healthcare.  If you have a lump then most definitely have a mammogram and ultrasound done so you can have peace of mind - and if it's just this particular doctor that has you concerned, find another because you are entitled to know what it is if anything.  Most likely it is nothing - as PJ said most lumps don't hurt, but I also know from my own experience that sometimes you think pain is there just cause you feel it (maybe you've been squishing and squeazing it - I know I did all that!) but you need to get to the bottom of this.  I'm not sure how old you are, but if you're of certain age, or cancer runs in your family - then you should be having yearly mammograms just for diagnostic purposes.  That way you'll have a baseline mammo to go off of and they can track any changes. Make an appointment - you'll feel better once you know for sure. Good luck! Angi
