Hi - Any changes in your breast should be noted and, if they don't disappear fairly quickly, be checked out. A small lump, if it appears external (e.g., like a pimple), is probably not something to be too concerned about. However, if it doesn't disappear, best to set your mind at ease by getting it looked at. Good luck to you - PJH
