Is your arm increasing because of lymphedema from previous surgery to your breast or thyroid?  If so, a lymphedema therapist can get you started on a program of massage and wrapping to reduce the swelling.  If you haven't had breast cancer or surgery that would affect the lymph nodes under your arm, then you need to treat this as a new symptom that a doctor checks out.  Either way, it sounds like you need to see your doctor for advice on what to do next.
