i wondered if someone could tell me what the lump on the top of my breast might be ihav had a lot of nmps that were from caffen deposites ut this one is different.im 49 yaers old should i be worried?

Roxanne, you should be concerned enough to call the doctor on Monday and get an appointment. It may turn out to be a cyst that goes away by itself, but since it feels different than lumps you have had before, having a doctor take a look would be a good idea. An ultrasound can tell if it's a solid lump or a cyst, and if you haven't had a mammogram recently, now is the time to do that. Don't worry because this will probably turn out to be benign like most lumps, but do take action to find out what this lump is.
