Q: breast cancer or normal breast changes during pregnancy?

hi, i have noticed that one of my nipples has suddenly become slightly bigger in diameter than the other. I am currently 24 weeks pregnant, but im not sure if this is pregnancy related or not, as i never had this problem in any previous pregnancies.

Dee, as you know from your previous pregnancies, you'll see lots of changes as you go through pregnancy, and these changes don't always happen exactly the same way on both sides at the same time.  If you notice major differences between your breasts, call the doctor.  Since you use the words "slightly bigger" to describe the difference, this can probably wait until your next appointment.  Good for you for being alert.  Don't hesitate to show the area that you have questions about to your doctor.
