I'm concerned. I'm not pregnant and my nipples have been tender for weeks, today I noticed a lump under my arm pit.  Could it be the big "c"?

Hi Jeniece - Any time both breasts are involved (e.g., tender nipples), it's almost certainly not breast cancer, as that tends to happen in one breast at a time. However, with a lump in your armpit, you should be checked by a doctor. You could have an infected lymph node, but you won't know till you get it checked. So best to see the doctor, OK? Good luck - PJH
