My left breast is larger than the right and the nipple usually stays inverted.

When I lie back, I can feel a lump in my left breast. I'm 21 years old and my great-aunt is a breast cancer survivor. Even though at my age it seems unlikely that I have cancer, I'm wondering if I should get this checked out.
