Q: I HAVE ITCHING ON BOTH NIPPLES BUT THE RIGHT IS MORE. THE RIGHT NIPPLE HAS MORE SKIN SCALES THAN THE OTHER ONE? MY WHOLE BODY ITCHED A WHILE AGO AND THE ITCHING STOPPED, BUT NOT MY NIPPLES!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nana, itchy breasts are very common and not usually dangerous.  Your itching could just be dry skin, but an itching nipple with a scaly rash can be a symtom of a type of cancer called Paget's Disease of the breast.  Please check with a doctor.  Probably a cream or ointment will take care of this issue, but you need to get a definitive diagnosis.  I hope all is fine.
